A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
A gorgeous villa with a private swimming pool, 1 km from the beach in Platja d'Aro, on the Costa Brava!
This luxurious holiday home is perfect for families or groups of friends up to 8 people. There is a spacious garden with swimming pool (8 x 5m) and a big, partly covered terrace with stunning views out to sea, which has quality garden furniture and a barbeque for enjoying meals outside. The house itself has a lovely comfortable living room with a digital flatscreen TV, and a fireplace. There is also a dining room and a big kitchen (with a dish-washer, a microwave and a coffee-expresso machine). There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) of which 2 have their own private bathroom en suite. In total there are 3 bathrooms (2 have a bath and 1 has a shower).
The house is located in a quiet residential area only 1 km from the sandy beach. The distance to the centre of Platja d'Aro with all its shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars is 2 km from here

This property is the perfect home base for exploring Costa Brava. It was so close to all the towns and beaches you want to explore on day trips in either direction along the coast. The view and terraces were wonderful for relaxing after a day of adventure. We greatly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was in the evening. We shall return!

The villa is up a hill but its walkable...the villa a was perfect size for our family the only downside to this villa was the pool, it's so cold that we couldn't get in it. The pool is either shaded by the trees in the morning and the villa on the afternoon. Which would be great if it was heated! The front door is on a code so no worries of being locked out which I think is a great idea. Overall a pleasant stay

Villa was absolutely beautiful with amasing views.
Our host was brilliant and very helpful, responded to every query immediately. Nothing was too much trouble.
As we were there in a heat wave where the weather was extreme, the only improvement we would suggest is the installation of air conditioning as at night it was uncomfortable to sleep.

We rented this house for 5 days and really appreciated all its amenities, the cleanliness (spotless), and also the neighborhood which is quiet and friendly. For us, this was the first time to rent a private home as opposed to staying at a hotel and we were not disappointed. Wee enjoyed the additional liberties this offered to us, the increased privacy and the flexibility to try life "like a local". We can only recommend this property and plan on returning.
