For the money it's great

Conveniently located near motorway. Clean. Tables outside to sit out.
Evening staff guy fine. Overnight/morning guy reluctant to put himself out for anything. Twin bed room a bit cramped but OK for one night.

This is very much a budget hotel, so set expectations accordingly. It’s basic, functional, and designed for quick stopovers rather than comfort or style. The location is right off the motorway, making it easy to get in and out, and you get exactly what you pay for: a bed, a shower, and a toilet. Ideal if you just need a place to sleep for the night. Nearby you’ll find a McDonald’s, a petrol station with a Shop & Go Delhaize, plus Decathlon, Adidas, and Nike only a short walk away if you want to pick up anything while passing through.
The staff were genuinely polite and helpful. When our window wouldn’t open properly, they immediately moved us to the room next door without any fuss. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Parking is free and right outside the hotel, and you might even end up with a spot directly under your room. Clean bed sheets, pillows, and towels too!
Would I recommend it? Yes, as long as you’re simply looking for a cheap, convenient overnight stay and you’re comfortable with the limitations I’ll outline in the “what I didn’t like” section.
The property is showing its age, and it feels quite run‑down. Our room wasn’t particularly clean and was extremely small, the bed occupies almost the entire space, and once you open the door you’re practically stepping straight onto it. Moving around, especially towards the bathroom, is done sideways because there’s simply no room to walk normally.
Because the doors open onto an outdoor hallway, you hear everything: rain, footsteps, and conversations from anyone passing by. They don’t need to be loud; they’re only half a meter from your door. There’s no air conditioning, and while you can rent a fan from reception, you can’t leave the door open for airflow since anyone can walk right up to it. That’s why we needed the room changed, so we can have the window half‑open.
Two thirds of our family really disliked the experience. Personally, I didn’t find it unbearable because I wasn’t expecting much, just a place to sleep, but the limitations are very noticeable.
