Minimum 30 days per condo association policy. Host will email rental paperwork after booking to be completed and sent into the association.
Background check required and good for 3 years ($125/single; $150/couple paid to condo association). Not included in booking and must be sent to association.
Due to occupancy limits and fire code, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count to register with condo association.
• Please message me if you are looking for a specific timeframe and calendar may show unavailable to confirm availability.
• Maximum of 4 guests (ages 10+ recommended). Not suitable for babies, toddlers, small children. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted.
Queen and King beds are not suitable for babies, toddlers, or small children. ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count.

Fees & Rules:

• $75 replacement fee per lost amenity key
• $250 cleaning fee; additional fee can apply if condo is left in a condition requiring more than basic cleaning.

• No Pets Allowed.

• No Smoking of any sort.

• Up to 2 vehicles allowed with parking pass. Parking at Venetian Palms requires a parking pass which will be arranged for your stay for pickup at the main office upon arrival. Car info will be required to obtain a parking sticker. If you rent a car, you can fill out a form with car info at the main office when you arrive to obtain a parking permit.

This unit offers a covered parking space and up to one more vehicle first come, first serve in available open spots.
Cars will be towed without parking pass.
