Location was great for travel to Brooks Rehabilitation Center. The Bark Park is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. There are a couple benches, looking over the fountains. Saw a couple of deer in the morning. Outside the fences perimeter. The place was stocked as advertised. Noise from other tenants was minimal or non existent. Nicole was a great communicator. Only drawback is the couch is super low. A person with disabilities may need assistance to sit and stand. But the chairs in the kitchen are tall and work well for sitting.

Everything was as expected, overall a very good place to stay, conveniently located near the beach and the Mayo Clinic. The gym was a great bonus and exceeded my expectations, definitely a strong reason to choose this apartment.
