Welcome to Ocean Breeze located in the heart of Pismo Beach professionally managed by SLO Vacay located at 261 Cypress. Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 3 BR property minutes away from some of the best activities in Pismo Beach!
Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 8 and with only being one block from beach you can't go wrong!!
Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:
Upper Level:
*Living, Kitchen, Dining
*Primary bedroom w/ King Bed and en suite, sleeper sofa in living room
Lower (entrance) Level:
*Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bath at the end of the hallway
Garage size roughly 19'w x 19'd x 8'h
In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
This property does not have Air Conditioning which is common for properties in the Pismo Beach area.
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Our stay here was great. We were two families, 4 adults and 4 children and it was perfect. The living room and kitchen are upstairs and gave a great little view of the ocean. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the home had a cart to help haul everything. It also has a small cooler, beach chairs and toys in case you forget to bring yours.They also have some board games and card games which made it fun. It’s walking distance to restaurants and the main pier, giving plenty of options for entertainment. The host was very communicative and easy to get ahold of. I’d highly recommend this for families.

We rented Ocean Breeze for our annual girls trip, and it was perfect! Everything was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed when we decided to eat in. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet.
One of the best parts was the location—we were able to walk everywhere: the beach, the pier, and downtown. It made our stay so easy and relaxing.
I would highly recommend Ocean Breeze to anyone looking for a great place to stay, whether you're traveling with family, friends, or as a couple.

Location, location, location! What an awesome house with so many amenities, so close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with breakfasts on the deck in the morning sun, using the toys in the garage for the beach all day and the bbq for dinners after sunset. The beds were comfortable and the layout was great. We'll be back!

We really didn’t know the living quarters were upstairs. It was very difficult as we had one handicapped and the rest all elderly. The stairs were difficult. It would have helped if there was a room map on the website like was posted in the house.Also there was a lot of dust in the house. As neat freaks, we had to wipe most of the counters, tables, headboards down at check in.Parking was difficult at times and we saw no reason that we could not park in the garage.
