Located on the peaceful outskirts of Malia, Sandy Steps is part of a small beachfront complex of just two apartments. Positioned directly on a quiet, private sandy bay, it offers an authentic seaside experience just 10 minutes` walk from Malia’s lively beach road, where you`ll find local bars, tavernas, pubs, and shops.

The famous Malia Palace Archaeological Site and the beautiful Potamos Beach are only 15 minutes away on foot.

This cozy 55m² summer house is perfect for couples, families (up to 4 adults and 1 baby), or small groups of friends. It features:

A fully equipped kitchen, dining, and sitting area for home-cooked meals and relaxing evenings

Please note that while the private yard in front of your apartment is for your exclusive use, the beach area, BBQ zone, parking, and wash house are shared with the second apartment in the complex.
