Guests have access to the main resort pool at Seven Eagles, along with select on-site dining options and scenic walking areas throughout the community.

IMPORTANT: An amenity card will be provided at the home for access to resort amenities during your stay. Please keep the card safe and leave it at the property upon departure. Lost or unreturned cards are subject to a $100 replacement fee, which will be the guest's responsibility. Water park and Golf Club not included.
We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
Rules and guidelines:
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the community does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

We booked last minute and we're looking for a place where my dog was welcome, and this place was available. Overall, this place was nice but there were many things we did not like. The unit had a strong musty smell. We learned days later when we decided to do laundry that the musty smell was coming from the washer and dryer. All of our clothes carried that smell after doing our laundry. The curtains should be updated. One sheer had a large tear in it. The outside patio would have been lovely if it was cleaned. The table was so dirty, it took up about 15 minutes to get it cleaned (after we went and bought cleaning products). The chair cushions were so old, dirty, and thin, I had to put towels on them before we sat on them. They were disgusting. The view from our patio was blocked by one dead tree. I had to push the dead leaves back so that we could see the golf course. If those things were fixed, it would have been much better. There was no explanation as to how to access the pool. After several days we figured it out.
