Spend unforgettable holidays in this charming holiday home with pool and countryside views.

This beautiful house combines historic charm with modern comfort. Exposed wooden beams, stone walls and a stylish fireplace give the living room a warm, inviting atmosphere. Sit back and relax with a cup of coffee on the comfortable sofa, surrounded by lovingly selected details that preserve the character of the house. In the large, bright kitchen you can cook together while enjoying a glass of wine.

Enjoy the view over the vast landscape from the balcony in the morning or retreat here with a good book. In the garden, the pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, while the barbecue area is perfect for cosy evenings in the open air. Here, tranquillity, nature and the French way of life combine to create a place where you can forget all about everyday life.

Discover the rolling hills, chestnut groves and scattered villages around Montgesty on walks or bike rides, an ideal way to experience the nature of the Bouriane. Admire the Château de Crabillé, an estate built in the 19th century, or visit the village church of Notre-Dame-de-l-Assomption, whose architecture and magnificent frescoes date back to the 12th and 19th centuries. Just a few kilometres away is the Lac Vert near Catus, a quiet bathing lake with a beach where you can spend a few relaxing hours.
