Located in Horicon, this cherished century old house in a quiet neighborhood offers 3 upper bedrooms: a California King in the master, Queen in bedroom 2, and a Full and Twin in the 3rd. This dwelling is equipped with 2 bathrooms: shower on 1st and tub/shower on 2nd floor. A formal dining room turned futon with TV and desk gives space to all. This is in addition to the traditional living room space with couch and loveseat for relaxing or watching cable TV. Enjoy favorite meals you can prepare yourself in the fully functional kitchen - with a pantry! Coffee’s in the fridge, and there is plenty of space for your groceries too! With seating for all, take to the farm table for enjoying that good ole home cooking!. Settle yourself in with a good book and a cup of tea in the enclosed front porch niche, or climb those beautiful wooden stairs to the attic game room for ping pong, darts, and more!! There’s WiFi and 2nd floor washer/dryer, adding convenience to your stay. Marvel at the updated woodwork throughout, hardwood flooring and fresh carpet in the bedrooms. Enjoy a bonfire or cookout in the naturally wrapped backyard, relaxing on the patio. There’s plenty of off-street parking in the long driveway - great place to safely park your pontoon or hunting boat. There is an open public park grass space directly behind the property for throwing the ball around! This house is minutes walking distance from all that makes Horicon great. Head straight downtown to the unique shops, bars and excellent restaurants. Take canoes on the Rock River! Enjoy all the many parks throughout! Birdwatch near the Horicon Marsh or join the hunt! Don’t leave your fishing pole behind-there are many great spots nearby! With a short drive out of town, you will find out that there’s so much in Dodge County! The Dodge County Fair Grounds are 10 minutes away!! Whether you are vacationing, out on a hunting/fishing trip, visiting family, booking for EAA (39 miles away!), or on a business venture, we have a perfect place for your stay right here in Horicon!

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was so nice. When we got there the host had turned on all on the lights so we weren't fumbling around. She also provided coffee, water, a few condiments, towels, dish ware and many other things. The kids loved the game room in the attic. The host was so fast reply when reaching out. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this spacious home—perfect for a large family or group gathering with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and thoughtful touches like the coffee bar and provided toiletries were much appreciated. The game room was a fun bonus, especially during bad weather. The location was also easy to find and close to local activities. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The host was great, but the house is what stood out.The house was very comfortable and had everything one needed. It’s a 100-year-old house in an established neighborhood, but the house has been redone to modern standards. The location is great, as you are very close to the downtown area where all the restaurants and other activities are located, including the Rock River. I highly recommend this house for anyone wanting a pleasant stay in Horicon!
