Upon entering the home, guests will be greeted by a light and bright living room furnished with plenty of comfy seating and a flatscreen TV - an ideal spot to watch the big game or unwind after a day at Spring Training. Step into a sun-drenched living room where plush furnishings invite you to relax with a 65-inch Samsung Frame TV for your favorite shows or the exhilarating final innings of a Spring Training game.
Around the corner is a lovely open and modern kitchen. The cook in the group will enjoy whipping up home-cooked meals with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The kitchen is your canvas with every tool at your disposal—from premium cookware to a Nespresso Vertuo with complimentary Starbucks pods for your morning java fix. Prefer to dine alfresco? There is a mini fridge and built-in BBQ outside – the perfect spot to prepare and grill some burgers for the crew.

Children or group travelers can cozy up in the second bedroom's full-over-full bunk bed, while the third bedroom doubles as a workspace with a desk, making remote work seamless. Pros: quick and effective communication- we had a couple of minor needs amd they were rectified very quickly, bright and clean, AC was great on the hot days, pool was refreshing and fun, hot tub was a hit, bbq was great, outdoor seating was nice but stained/dusty. Cons: no kitchen linens or garbage bags, limited kitchen utensils, couch was nice but not comfy/cozy, no real full kitchen table to eat at/play games, after 1 week only 1 load of laundry went through a full cycle-otherwise consistently off balance. Bed was on the hard side but that's just my opinion, no food storage- so if you're having a longer stay you need to get creative.

Hot tub was nice. We Didn't use the Pool because it was too cold.
