Located on the grounds of the boutique Quinta Real Resort, this ocean front villa delivers a private, luxurious escape in a prime location, with access to the on-site amenities. A part of the My Huatulco Vacation collection of properties, Villa Eugenio overlooks the nature reserve, with stunning views of Tangolunda Bay and is only minutes away from Santa Cruz. This property seamlessly combines the privacy of a vacation rental with the convenience of a resort-style vacation. Relax at your private pool while enjoying the views of the Pacific Ocean or take a stroll down to the beach and restaurants on the resort grounds.
There are four bright bedrooms in this villa, each with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The open-air living space offers comfortable seating, breathtaking views, and room to socialize. A few steps away is your own private pool overlooking Tangolunda Bay. Enjoy your meals as you gaze out over the ocean!

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• All bookings are quoted as a base rental rate + tax and include a $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 30% of the gross booking cost is due at the time of booking
• The remaining 70% is due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment is required for stays booked within 60 days of arrival)
• Funds paid are non-refundable. If required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days prior to arrival
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance
• For bookings made through some OTAs, including Airbnb & Marriott Homes & Villas, the full booking value is required at the time of booking, regardless of the arrival date

“We recently stayed at this vacation rental and absolutely loved it for the location and stunning views. The property overlooks Tangolunda Beach, and you get a postcard-perfect view of the ocean from the master bedroom and kitchen/dining and pool areas. The architecture is unique and blends beautifully with the natural surroundings, creating an open, airy atmosphere that immediately feels relaxing.One of the best parts is the convenience—it’s just a quick 7-minute walk through Quinta Real’s beautiful premises to reach the beach. Plus, we had easy access to Quinta Real’s restaurant and Sky Lounge bar, both offering similar stunning views, making it perfect for a sunset drink or a nice meal nearby.A few details could use updating. The kitchen, though functional, feels outdated and could benefit from modern appliances. This matters only if you plan on cooking during your stay.Overall, this property is a gem if you prioritize breathtaking views and an unbeatable location. With a few improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. We’d definitely return for the views and convenience alone!”

This is a mixed review I will start with the positive. It is definitely a million dollar view, best in the city. The pool is beautiful with some issues below. The outdoor space is attractive and the bird watching spectacular. The location is good. The management company is responsive. The beds are fine and the house is kept generally clean. Now the bad. The property needs A LOT of work. As a few examples, the shower head in the guest room barely drizzles. Chairs and fans are falling apart and failing. The wood railing around the house needs lots of work (a bit scary on the lower balconies). The mirrors are all chipped. The air conditioners on the patio are both dead, if they functioned it would make it much more livable when it is 96 with 75% humidity like it was this April. The pool is not run except maybe when the pool guy is there, making it basically a nice pond as there is no ongoing circulation or skimming. They keep it clean by using chemicals and daily cleaning, otherwise it would be a real problem, the floor is somewhat slimy. It is hard to tell from the pictures, but there is NO inside or air conditioned living space except the bedrooms. All the rest is outside, not air conditioned and with not very effective fans. The kitchen, while inside, is not air conditioned so basically a sweat box. There MANY bats living in the palapa roof, leaving PILES of droppings every morning. Despite multiple requests for these to be cleaned First thing, they were often still there at 11 a.m. and there is no way to avoid stepping in them as they are everywhere. If these things were fixed it would be an amazing experience, as is, just ok.
