Getting Around:
Car is recommended. Uber is available.
Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions. Pool heater is available for $45 per day (duration of your stay) or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay

The property was great, we had 10 people in our stay and the house and grounds was plenty big enough, never ran out of hot water with everyone taking showers some at the same times Super close and easy access to the beach along with plenty of of chairs and umbrellas to use! We stayed in late April and opted to use the heat for pool and spa, which was a good choice as it did get a little chilly/windy a few of the evenings. Highly recommend this place and Alina the property manager I was in contact with was very friendly, extremely responsive and seemed genuinely concerned that our stay be pleasant and enjoyable. Which it absolutely was!

We had a wonderful time. The house was everything that was described; clean, close to the beach and near restaurants and groceries. Alina was very helpful when booking the house and addressing all concerns. We would definitely recommend.

The neighborhood is great. The house is in close proximity to St. Augustine and downtown Flagler. The beach access is a couple houses down from this home. There is plenty of beach chairs and toys to enjoy during your stay. The house has all the amenities and large enough for all the family to enjoy. The pool was amazing and plenty of seating. I would definitely stay at this property again
