This inviting vacation townhome is located in the Mallard Lakes community, just two miles from the Delaware and Maryland beaches and the charming town of Fenwick Island.
The home offers 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms, along with an open living, dining, and kitchen area designed for comfort and convenience. An enclosed sunroom porch provides additional space to relax, and the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Enjoy a prime location with shopping, restaurants, bars, bay access, and the beach all just minutes away—making this townhome an ideal home base for your coastal getaway.
Things to Know:
-Sunroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle also; recommended for young child.
-Pool pass costs $150. Pool office for obtaining pass is by the big pool. Office is only open 11am to 2pm. **Suggest coming before check-in at 4pm if you want to use the pool the day you arrive**. Pool area has changing room/bathroom for use before house is ready for check-in.
-This home is not pet-friendly
-No smoking, vaping, or partying.
-You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
-Guest must climb stairs to master bedroom/bath.
-Free parking available for 1 vehicle.
-No trailer or boat parking on premises.
