Great home, very close to the beach

Great location, easy walk to the beach - the cul-de-sac location was also very quiet and ocean views from the porch. Nice weekend at the beach with our family!

Property manager was excellent with communication!

Well stocked kitchen cookware, knives and table settings. Kitchen and bathroom floors are new. However there was no detergent or soap of any kind. Coffee pot had mold growing in it. Sofa and recliners on the top floor are old and need replacement. Left recliner leans to the left and may tip out someone heavy. Hard wster or mold stains inside the bath tub enclosure doors and one sink.
