Located in the desirable and popular community of WaterColor on Hwy 30A, this lovely 5-bedroom home joins the vacation rental scene again after under-going many updates including new owners, a remodel, new furnishings, new paint and more! Designed to bring families together while allowing plenty of room to spread out, this 2-story home is ideal and sleeps 12 comfortably. Enjoy multiple expansive porches at strategic spots throughout the house, reminiscent of Old Florida designs and meant to inspire the relaxation you have come here for. Charming vignettes and chic decor are trademarks of this home, giving those lucky enough to discover it a very special vacation experience.
Beach Cruiser Cottage guests will have all-inclusive resort access including Camp WaterColor kid-friendly facilities featuring a main butterfly pool with monarch slide, caterpillar pool, lazy lizard pool, and lifeguards on duty! Check out the Canteen restaurant & bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. Pinkie's guests will also have access to the newly renovated WaterColor Beach Club featuring a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third zero-entry pool with dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. The house was cute and in a great location. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking and dining essentials.

The house was beautifully decorated and clean and the golf cart was a fun perk. The house itself and location were great! The property management company was not. When we arrived at the house the code to get in didn’t work. We didn’t get wristbands to use the Watercolor facilities until halfway thru the second day and it wasn’t resolved until I went to the Watercolor HOA office myself. All five bikes were in unusable condition when we arrived, but they did send someone over to fix them and then rent us a bike for the one that was beyond repair. I had to put the bike rental on my credit card but was told they are issuing me a credit. There were a few other smaller issues that I had to call maintenance over and apparently I’m being refunded 250 for my troubles. Unfortunately it’s not vacation when you have to deal with all this stuff especially considering the price we paid.
