For the price paid I was very happy with this stay. Helpful instructions to self check-in with very prompt & friendly replies. Good location with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Handy to have a kettle, cups etc available in shared common area.
It perhaps wasn't clear on the Expedia room information that the room I choose had a shared bathroom & I likely wouldn't have chosen this if I'd realised. However, it wasn't a problem. Other guests were considerate, kept it clean and there was never a wait, so I was happy.
You're not going to find a room as cheap as this anywhere else in Bergamo & I would stay again.
