A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
From the moment you arrive at La Girouardière, time seems to slow down. Located at the entrance to La Flèche, this leafy, flower-filled property is a true haven of serenity, where nature, comfort, and the art of living come together.
You will settle into a quiet, independent apartment that can accommodate up to four people, perfect for a truly liberating stay. Situated on the second floor of the owners' house, it guarantees peace and quiet, and you have access to a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.
Here, every moment invites relaxation: a heated swimming pool (minimum 28°C) from May to October, a hot tub (between 38 and 40°C), and a soothing sauna, ideal for relieving aches and pains, all contribute to a genuine wellness experience. As night falls, the garden lights up, revealing a magical atmosphere that delights the senses.
And then there are these unexpected encounters… three magnificent, curious, and endearing parrots who talk and live in the heart of La Girouardière. Their presence brings a touch of magic and wonder, for both children and adults.
The genuinely warm welcome and high-quality bedding ensure peaceful nights and a truly restorative sleep.
Each morning begins with a delicious moment enjoying a generous and varied homemade sweet and savory breakfast buffet. Additional options are available upon request.
Wellness access (Nordic bath and sauna) by one-hour reservation to guarantee peace and privacy.
Bathrobes provided for spa access (upon request).
Free Wi-Fi.
Quiet, smoke-free environment.
Ideally located, La Girouardière is just 500 meters from the shopping area and the La Monnerie water sports center, at the heart of numerous tourist activities, 25 minutes from the legendary Le Mans Circuit, and surrounded by castles, zoos, and treasures to discover.
A place to come and relax… and leave with a lighter heart
PS: If you are coming with children, please ensure they remain calm and must be supervised by their parents at all times, whether in the pool or on the property.
