Early 2000s house, located in North Spokane (Bluegrass Neighborhood), a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is in central location near to restaurants, hospital, schools, groceries, shopping center etc. This property have 3 available rooms, a pull out bed in the living area, kitchen, dining and patio. Driveway and street parking are available as well.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be informed that 2 people (owner) are living in the basement during your stay. They have their own entrance thru garage door and guests is thru front door. Their only access is the basement so there's no chance guests will interact with them inside the house. There's a big door separating the basement and guests space and it's locked so guests still have your privacy. BEDROOM DETAILS (3 rooms available)
Second floor:
Gold room -King bed with attached full bathroom
Yellow room- Double bed with shared full bathroom
White room- Queen bed with shared full bathroom
Main floor is a queen pull out bed.
KITCHEN AREA
-Fridge, pantry, microwave, oven, Keurig machine, bread toaster, Kettle
-basic kitchen utensils
2 living area, dining and patio are available.
Board games and table games available.
Karaoke available.
BBQ grill available as well.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. It was perfectly located for what our needs were. Very close to a grocery store and other businesses. Plenty of rooms. Definitely recommend renting out the basement (parents can get a break from the chaos). It was a nice, but small kitchen. We didn't do a lot of cooking. However when we did, it left a little to be desired when compared to other places we have stayed. Cooking equipment was minimal and the only spices/seasonings available were salt and pepper. Also, there was no washer and dryer access. This was my mistake in assuming there would be. It doesn't say washer and dryer in the listing. Again, I just assumed. My granddaughter LOVED the fenced in back yard. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.
