The apartment also includes a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work or business stays. The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and offers city views, connecting seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, ideal for both short and long stays.

Guest Access:
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. The apartment offers 100% self check-in, allowing you to arrive at the time that best suits your schedule.

The neighborhood is close to the Financial District and offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers. Parks and recreational areas are also just minutes away, making it an ideal setting for both business and leisure stays.
Getting Around:
Avenida de las Américas is one of the city’s main thoroughfares, making it easy to get around Guadalajara. From the apartment, guests can conveniently travel by car to different parts of the city or use ride-hailing services. The area also provides quick access to major avenues, allowing fast connections to commercial, corporate, and recreational zones. Additionally, nearby public transportation options make getting around the city even more convenient.
Other Things to Note:
In accordance with the condominium’s internal regulations, visitors or additional guests who are not previously registered are not permitted. Only guests included in the reservation may enter the property.
For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled to ensure optimal hygiene and comfort during your stay. The cost of the service is $550 MXN per visit, which includes towel replacement, trash removal, and general cleaning of bathrooms and floors. The day and time of the service can be coordinated in advance with our staff.
