highly recommend....easy process nice place with zero issues. My bud and I came to Phoenix for MLB Spring training, and this place was a great place to crash at night..comfortable beds and clean home...the laundry facilities were handy as well. thanks for a great stay!

House was for sale which we didn’t know. Barely furnished. I was required to pay for an insurance policy or pay a 1500 deposit. For what? The living room had an old sofa with a slipcover thrown over it. No chairs. No dressers in bedrooms. Had to leave luggage on floors. One bathroom was still dirty. Positives are: was freshly painted and the kitchen had new appliances. And new vinyl plank flooring.
