On the main level, you’ll find an open living area perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Relax on the sofa, stream your favorite shows, or gather for game night. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, with plenty of counter space and seating for shared meals. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor.
Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The primary suite features its own private bath, while the additional bedrooms share a hall bathroom—perfect for families or groups traveling together.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Everything was great! The only recommendation I have is to put curtains up in the bedrooms. When you're not used to street lights it makes it more difficult to go to sleep and stay asleep with the lights coming through the windows. Other than that everything was exceptional. Location was great and everything easily accessible.

This property was exactly as advertised—very new, modern, and elegant. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay and I truly enjoyed the experience.However, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. There was trash left under the bed in the bunk room, popcorn behind the sofas, and food residue on the floors. I also noticed spider webs along the baseboards down stairs near the stairs. Additionally, the walls could use a light wipe-down due to visible fingerprints, likely from previous guests.While these issues did not completely take away from the stay, they were noticeable and should be addressed. With better attention to cleaning, this property would be outstanding.Despite this, I would consider staying here again because of how nice the property itself is. I just strongly recommend improving the cleaning standards.Thank you Bama

The stay was good, found popcorn seeds in the living room and stuff under the couches. One suggestion for the bathroom in the master room could use a towel hook closer to the shower. Other than that everything was good.
