I don't know why there were negative reviews because the moment my family and I arrived at this home, we fell in love! It was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed everything about this place. Yes, there's only one TV, but the house made up for it. The host was great he responded promptly and was very polite. He even called to check on us. There was an incident when one of the kids bumped into the statue by the door and broke it. We're willing to cover that if the insurance doesn't. Next time I come back it'll be with my bestie If you're thinking about reserving this house don't think twice, it's worth every penny

We had such a wonderful stay at this property in Haines City! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how incredibly clean everything was — honestly the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire home was so relaxing and welcoming. The hot tub was amazing, the pool was great, and the kids had an absolute blast in the game room. There was plenty of space for our whole family, and the quiet neighborhood made it even more peaceful. It ended up being one of the most relaxing trips we’ve ever taken to Florida. The home had everything we needed for our two-week stay, including all the appliances and kitchen essentials to cook meals at home, which saved us a lot of money from eating out constantly. We also truly appreciated the host — he was so kind and thoughtful, even checking in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. That level of care really stood out to us.My husband and I had a wonderful time, the kids loved it, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
