No pets, no parties, and no smoking/vaping (including on the lanai or in the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal and damage repair/replacement.

Location was perfect! Space was spot on for a party of 5, staff were super friendly, and the place was very clean. Beds were comfortable, only downside it was noise at night because your so close to wakiki

The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff at the Aston were amazing. The issues we had were primarily with communication. Prior to arriving, instead of receiving an information document with checkin and checkout procedures, as well as any codes or wifi passwords, we were told to call the property manager before leaving the airport. We did that, but got voicemail. We're frequent travelers to Hawaii and former locals, so we went to lunch and waited to receive a call. We drove to lunch, ate, and still nothing. We called a second time and left another voicemail. It was nearing the 3 pm check-in time, so I sent a message through VRBO to the property owner. We finally got a return call. He texted us the code to get into the condo. When we arrived, there was no welcome packet, so we had to call again for the wifi password. The property owner did not seem to know the property because they said to look in the welcome packet or the back of the router (which was on top of the microwave and inaccessible). Checkout was also an issue. We had no instructions. We texted the property manager, but heard nothing. I messaged through VRBO and was told to call him instead. He told us one thing, then we received a message the next day with different instructions. These are minor issues that are easily fixed, but still stressful, especially for over 800/night.

Having the beach chairs, towels and responsive valet and staff made the trip wonderful! Thanks to Byron for taking great care of us and for a beautiful space. Hot tub and pool was a bonus on top of being diectly across the street from the beach! Only wished it had less street noise.
