The grounds offer direct access to the Lot River—perfect for fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, or kayaking. A private barbecue, communal playground, and table tennis are also available.

Parking is available on site with 3 to 5 shared spaces. One pet may be accepted upon prior request. Events are not allowed and all accommodations are non-smoking.

Set on one hectare of enclosed gardens with fruit trees, the gite is conveniently located: gas station, supermarket, restaurants, and bakery are 2 minutes away by car, Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 5 minutes away. Watersports base nearby, horseback riding on request, and a cycle path at the end of the road. Access is best by car, as the roads are unpaved.

Cleaning is the responsibility of guests: the accommodation must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay.
