• One bedroom with a queen bed
All bedrooms include TVs, plush Comphy sheets, and ample storage.
3 Full Bathrooms: Stylish, modern, and spacious—perfect for groups.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to cook at home, from cookware and utensils to small appliances.
Living & Dining Areas: Comfortable seating and an open layout ideal for gathering and relaxing.

All local guests must reach out to us prior to booking for approval. Otherwise, your reservation will auomatically be cancelled.
No smoking inside the home.
No parties or gatherings of any kind.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Max occupancy of 6 persons at all times.
Please respect quiet hours between 10pm–8am.
Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
There are exterior cameras on the property as well as a noise decibel monitoring device located inside of the home. For more info, please lookup the New Orleans STR regulations.

Fantastic property! Close to many fun things to do in the city. It was clean, had off street parking, and 3 bathrooms! What a steal!
