Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When my daughter turned 30, instead of a present or party, she wanted to replicate the beach experiences she had enjoyed as a child when my father would rent a beach house for the family. Although her immediate family was present, she also invited some of her friends to the vacation. This house was a pefect fit for us. The open floor plan for the kitchen and den areas invites conversation and congregation, the porches are spacious and well supplied with enough chairs for the whole group, and the kitchen is stocked with cookware for large meals. We spent the week making fancy cocktails, cooking for each other, watching the sunsets over the inlet, and playing beach games. The beach was easily accessible and the fixed and floating docks made outside recreation all the more enjoyable!
