Designed in a bright, contemporary style, the villa offers four comfortable bedrooms and three brand-new bathrooms. Two generous master suites feature king-size beds, while the additional bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds. One master bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, the second offers a walk-in shower; all bathrooms are modern and elegantly finished.

The light-filled living area features large sliding glass doors and an open-concept layout. A cozy TV lounge with a spacious sofa flows seamlessly into the dining area and the fully equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar, creating a welcoming space for relaxing and entertaining.

The expansive south-facing terrace guarantees sunshine throughout the day. The heated pool invites you to unwind, while the covered seating area with gas grill is perfect for relaxed barbecue evenings. The entire pool and lanai area is enclosed for added safety and privacy. Guests are looked after by a professional, German- and English-speaking management team. This is a non-smoking property; smoking is permitted outdoors only. Pets may be accepted upon request. The base rate includes four guests; additional guests are subject to an extra nightly fee.
