A superb retreat for guests seeking comfort and space. New kitchen, outside entertaining area, Wi-Fi and lots of room 3 bedrooms featuring a king bed, a full bed, and 2 twin beds plus a large rec room with a fireplace & two twin beds, There’s plenty of room for everyone inside and out. The house includes two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and hair dryer, making mornings easy and convenient. Access to the Ichetucknee and Santa Fe Rivers. Guest will appreciate the excellent climate control with both heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. Whether relaxing indoors or gathering with friends, this home provides a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy your time by the Ichetucknee River in our newly renovated home.

Location was very convenient to the State Park. The house was well laid out and very clean. It was comfortable andit had all the amenities that we needed, including some extra floats. Beds were comfortable. Hodor Park was close and a great way to spend the afternoon after floating down the Itchetucknee river. Would definitely recommend!
