DESCRIPTION:
Built for our family. Shared with yours.
This home was designed from the ground up for one purpose: bringing large groups together without anyone feeling cramped, overlooked, or on top of each other. We tested it on our own multigenerational family first — cousin camps, extended family dinners, slumber celebrations — and now we're sharing it with yours.
The Space
8 bedrooms | 2 king master suites | 2 queen rooms | 6 additional queen beds | Kids Cove with 8+ beds | 4 full bathrooms + 2 powder rooms | 20+ beds total | 5 distinct gathering zones | Insulated garage transformed into a flex dining hall, game room, and activity space with 12-ft ceilings
Made for Kids. Designed for Adults.
Kids have their own world here — bunk beds, clubhouses, game rooms, kid-sized furniture, and toys for every age. Adults have theirs — multiple living zones, king suites, and space to actually exhale.
Fully Fenced Yard
Large flat lawn, perfect for kids and dogs to run freely. Fresh strawberries growing on property. Unique geodesic greenhouse. Fire pit patio with pergola. 9 parking spots on site with overflow one block away.

We had a very large group and had a wonderful stay. The host is very considerate and really just wants to help families have a place gather together and make memories!

We had a great time. 4 families with kids, and we had plenty of space. The kids say it was the funnest baseball trip they have been on, and they have been on a lot.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property for our family gathering! The house was exactly what we needed — spacious, comfortable, and somehow still big enough for everyone to spread out without hearing every single family discussion from across the house. That alone deserves 5 stars. The layout worked perfectly for our group, with plenty of room to relax, visit, and enjoy time together. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming.I can't say enough good about our host. She is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered quickly, although thankfully we didn’t need much because everything was so well prepared. The labeled areas for where things needed to go helped with the kids taking care of their things so we didn't have to focus as much on keeping track of the kids and we could relax and spend time together. We hope we can stay longer next time. This would be a great property for about any gathering - from family reunion, to bridal party, to team retreat for a business. I could totally see myself renting this for a catered company dinner in the future! Overall, this amazing venue helped make our family trip memorable for all the right reasons. We’d absolutely stay here again — assuming we can coordinate everyone’s schedules and survive another group text chain.
