It is an apartment on the main floor of a historic building that tells stories between wood, drawers and vintage details. On the ground floor an equipped kitchen with a large convivial table opens onto a living room with library and sofa bed, perfect for informal evenings. On the mezzanine, the Piedmontese living room for slow and refined conversations. A double BR, a single BR and a bathroom with bath complete the accommodation, ideal for those looking for warmth, character and tradition. Going up the stairs to the mezzanine, you are welcomed by the most refined heart of the house: a period Piedmontese living room, a cosy environment where coffered ceilings, warm wood and vintage details create an atmosphere suspended in time. It is a space designed for slow conversations, to savour the quiet and authentic beauty of the historic building.

Going down to the ground floor, you find yourself in a second living room, more informal and relaxed, ideal for everyday moments. Here a full-volume bookcase and a comfortable sofa bed make the environment versatile: perfect for reading, working or hosting someone more. The style remains retro, but with a modern functionality.

Next to it opens the equipped kitchen, a convivial area dominated by a large wooden dining table, designed to gather for breakfast, dinner or during an evening in company. Everything is designed to maintain the balance between comfort and vintage charm.

Continuing, you will discover the double bedroom, large and quiet, furnished with wooden furniture and warm tones that give a sense of intimacy and rest. It is a real silent refuge inside the house.

The single room offers a more collected but equally well-kept environment, ideal for a guest, a friend or a family member. Here too, the retro taste and the choice of furnishings create continuity with the rest of the apartment.

The tour ends with the bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and shower, bright and functional. The finishes recall the style of the entire house, creating a coherent, practical and at the same time elegant environment.
