Enjoy a fully renovated 38 m² apartment with a well-equipped kitchen opening onto a bright, south-facing living room with views of Aneto. There are two bedrooms separated by a partition, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two bunk beds (90 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and separate toilets. Quiet, bright, and central, it’s ideal for spa guests, visitors, or outdoor sports enthusiasts.
The apartment is 20 m from the Luchon Casino, 50 m from the Allées d’Etigny (the town center), 200 m from the cable cars to the Superbagnères ski resort, 600 m from the thermal baths and wellness center, 600 m from tennis courts, and 900 m from the golf course. Stroll along the Allées d’Etigny to admire the Belle Époque villas and 19th-century hotels inspired by Pyrenean style. You’ll also find many shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a market. Shuttle service to the thermal baths and, in winter, to the Peyragudes ski resort.
