The space
The property is located in North Napa along Big Ranch Road, an area characterized by vineyards, estate homes, and mature trees. The barn is a standalone structure on a residential parcel and sits near a perennial creek, which runs alongside the property.

The unit is a private studio apartment located on the upper level of the barn, accessed by its own entrance. Inside, the space is open-plan and designed for comfort, with a sleeping area, seating area, dining space, full kitchen fully stocked, and a separate modern bathroom. Natural light comes from windows and a skylight, and the interior generally has a cool, shaded feel due to the surrounding trees.

Guests have access to a private deck overlooking the creek and trees. The interior of the unit is quiet; occasional daytime road noise may be heard when outside on the deck. The unit is well-suited for couples, solo travelers, or guests seeking a peaceful base for exploring Napa Valley, with downtown Napa minutes away and Yountville and St. Helena a short drive.
