This is a fantastic hotel. We had originally booked into the wine suites, but they had a spare room available in the hotel and thought that would be better for us as a family of four. Very thoughtful. The rooms are spotless and the staff very friendly. On our departure, they drove us to the old Town gates to make it easier for us with luggage as we were catching an early ferry. We would definitely book again.

I cannot praise the staff enough. They helped me when there was confusion over my airport transfer.
In other matters, it is worth noting that the Wine Suites does not have resident staff and so it might be worth going to the Wine Hotel directly if you arrive late at night as I did.
