I helped a friend out who was going through a very tough time and booked a room to help out.
The gentleman who took the calls/front desk, was EXTREMELY kind, helpful with great patience considering the situation. I am VERY grateful for his compassion and grace.
truly OUTSTANDING customer service.

Air conditioning was noisy but very effective. Parking was easy and felt safe. Waymo sent a taxi to my door. Three locks on the door. Towels were very stiff. Bed was good. Each bedside lamp had both a room light and a personal reading lamp on a gooseneck. Ice machine was mostly out of ice. Overall comfortable place for a couple of nights. Inexpensive for walking distance from the convention center.
