An excellent host who is genuinely warm and friendly. The property is just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, with access to both the JR and Hanshin lines—making it very convenient to reach Universal Studios in just a few minutes. The owner also runs one or two newly opened hotels nearby. I stayed for six nights and later upgraded to the new hotel by paying the difference for the final nights. It was still fantastic—very close to the subway, extremely convenient, and the rooms were clean and cozy!
