One problem we had was that we booked the upper-end rooms in the hotel, called Pier 69 in the booking, but the hotel has a different name!

The adult section was good and love the staff!

My wife and I got the "Panoramic Ocean Balcony Junior Suite" and it was definitely worth the price at $133USD/night (we stayed 2026/09/05-2026/09/11... exchange rate roughly 17MXN/1USD).
Cold room, TV, Wifi, cleaned daily, working shower/toilet.
Less than 20 meters to the beach.
Nice little pool overlooking the beach with a restaurant/Wifi.
Really friendly/attentive staff.
Tons of awesome bars/restaurants within walking distance.
