A rare hidden gem on the island of Giudecca in the heart of ancient city of Venice, this private house offers absolute peace, a lush private garden, and space for up to 8 guests, just 10 minutes from San Marco Square.
Tucked between Molino Stucky (Hilton) and Cipriani Harry’s Dolci, the house is accessed through a discreet passage inside a historic Venetian palace, opening onto a silent garden filled with roses, jasmine, and aromatic plants—a true luxury in Venice.
Inside, the home features elegant, art-filled interiors with a fireplace living room, dining areas indoors and under a garden gazebo, and comfortable accommodation:
• Master double bedroom with private bathroom (second floor)
• One double bedroom and one quadruple bedroom with bathroom (first floor)
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire house and private garden, professional cleaning before the arrival, and optional daily housekeeping on demand.
Giudecca is quiet, artistic, and authentic, yet perfectly connected with ferries every 10 minutes. Supermarket, restaurants, rooftop bar, and Cipriani are all within walking distance.

Our Family happily stayed at this residence for nearly a week. It was great to have a location that was away from the daunting crowds on the main island, but also in close proximity a number of nice restaurants, cafes, art galleries and more. The house was very comfortable for our whole family and the large, enclosed grassy backyard was truly lovely.

We stayed in the house with another family and first of all the location was perfect ! The house is right on the Giudecca canal with a magnificent view of St Marc which is opposite and it is just one stop away by boat from the main island ! Very convenient and easy ! There are lots of little shops and cafes about 30 metres from the house so you can load up the fridge easily with local and fresh products. The atmosphere on the Giudecca is really nice and most importantly you are away from the crowd ! The garden of the house is really nice, we came in winter so did not use it much but having a garden in Venice is quite something and we will try to go back in spring or summer ! We felt really at home in this property and we will definitively return. Ciro who is in charge and the owner are very nice and accommodating. Some of the furniture and decoration is a bit dated but we found that it was charming and it felt like we were staying at some friends' place. It looks better than on the pictures which is not always the case...! The only thing I would suggest to the owner is not to have so many cutlery, plates, glasses etc… to give a good clean to the cupboards and make it a bit more practical in the kitchen ! Apart from that 10/10 !

Great place but the bedding smelled a bit and the apartment in general was not very clean. With some fresh sheets and bedding and a good cleaner, it would be spectacular
