A ground-floor bedroom makes access easy, while open living spaces and multiple sleeping areas allow everyone to spread out. Enjoy views of the beach, middle of St. George Island, and the iconic SGI Bridge — all from a prime central location. Relax poolside or step out and be in the middle of everything in seconds
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy private access to the entire home, including the pool and outdoor areas. Easy self check-in with a personalized access code provided prior to arrival. Parking available on-site.

You truly can’t beat this location. Situated in the middle of St. George Island, you’re steps from the island’s best restaurants, bars, beach access, shopping, and events. Sunset Beach does not allow boat parking in the gated community.

We enjoyed the house very much! Unfortunately the pool did not work and were given one trash bag.There was also no trash bin outside for us to use. But other than that it was a beautiful home and it was very clean and nice.
