Very spacious room, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Everything was great. Staff was great and room was as described. There is an elevator but very small so some people may struggle with some stairs. Breakfast was good and as described. I booked well in advance so I found it very good value.

it was located only a short walk to a metro station so we went to the Colosseum very quickly
nothing except the very narrow elevator but I suspect that is the norm for Europe

We liked the hotel. The location, greeting, cleanliness - all great.
. One thing we didn't like was the room with tha jacuzzi. The jacuzzi itself was not working properly and the room was without a window, not enough storage space. The price for it does not match the quality

Great value. The lady at the reception was very pleasant. I asked for breakfast last minute and she was very kind to make it for me.

I enjoyed everything about relais forus inn, however the highlight was definetely the lady welcomed us. she was super nice and friendly. Her welcoming made our day. the hotel was close to metro station, it was clean and neat. I strongly recommend!

Super clean and nice, great location and price, I even had a Jacuzzi in my room!
But the best part was the beds! THE BEST BEDS EVER!!

Beautiful location, friendly and nice staff, great modern clean rooms, walking distance to key attractions.
The room has problem with soundproofing, if there are loud neighbors, it's hard to sleep. Earplugs help and if you knock on the wall, the problem solves itself:))

the beds and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked very well
the room was very dark, no natural light which wasn’t too much of a problem for us but does make timing quite confusing. also the drinks in the fridge are not complimentary.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was wonderfully air conditioned, clean, bed was nice, plus very fast internet. Everything I needed :)

The Inn was conveniently located within walking distance of many great restaurants, historical sites and the train to the airport. Our unit was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed for our short stay.

our luggage was lost and the young woman at the desk went above and beyond to help us. She also gave great advice, directions, and service. The a/c worked well and the beds were clean and comfortable. A bright spot in a vacation impacted by flight delays/changes/lost luggage!
