A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to your private 1-acre sanctuary!
Rarely do you find a 6-bedroom estate in Melbourne that offers this much privacy and room to roam. Whether you are hosting a multi-generational family reunion, a corporate team, or a Space Coast getaway, this home is designed for large groups who value space.
Interior Highlights:
6 Spacious Bedrooms: With 8 beds total, there is a comfortable corner for everyone (sleeps 14).
Open Living: A large, flowing floor plan that keeps everyone connected without feeling crowded.
Work & Play: Dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi for digital nomads or students.
Outdoor Oasis:
Massive Pool: Dive into the oversized sparkling pool—the centerpiece of your stay.
1-Acre Yard: Fully fenced and lush with mature vegetation and fruit trees. It’s a private park just for your group!
Parking: Plenty of room for multiple vehicles or larger transit.
The Location:
Tucked away in a secluded neighborhood, you are perfectly positioned:
10 Mins: Florida Tech & Historic Downtown Melbourne.
20 Mins: Indialantic & Melbourne Beaches.
45-60 Mins: Kennedy Space Center & Orlando Attractions.
Experience the best of Florida living with the rare luxury of a full acre all to yourself.
Please note that our property offers a rustic, nature-based experience. Because the home is surrounded by the outdoors, guests may occasionally encounter leaves, insects, lizards, or other small critters common to the area despite regular cleaning and pest control efforts.
We also have 2 friendly and cuddly cats (pictured in the listing). Their names are Kahlua and Java. They patrol the property and help keep rodents and other pests at bay. They are part of the charm of the estate and may occasionally greet guests during their stay. They are not allowed inside the home, however, they may attempt to crawl onto your lap and steal a snuggle or two. If you are not a cat person, just leave them be and they will be respectful of your space.
If you are looking for a highly-polished, hotel-stye environment, this property may not be the best fit for you. However, if you enjoy nature, fire pits, wildlife, and a more relaxed private rustic setting, we think you'll love it here.
