The Rose of Florence is just steps away from the city’s main attractions and very close to the characteristic Sant’Ambrogio Market, famous for its fresh fruit and vegetable stalls. The many restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area make this neighborhood one of the liveliest in Florence. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests.

OVERVIEW

The Rose of Florence is located on a small side street off one of the main roads of the historic center. The apartment enjoys an extremely central yet secluded position: the perfect solution for reaching all major monuments and points of interest on foot, then returning to relax in a quiet and safe setting, away from the noise of the city.

Situated on the ground floor of a typical historic building, The Rose of Florence is accessed through a small internal courtyard that helps provide excellent sound insulation, making the apartment particularly quiet.

INTERIOR

The apartment is laid out almost entirely on one level, with the exception of the bedroom, which is slightly raised compared to the other rooms. Introduced by a short hallway, the property features a spacious living area shared by a cozy sitting area and a dining space with a creative table seating four.

The kitchen is located in a separate room but remains open to the living area and is fully equipped. From the living room, up three comfortable steps, you access the large and extremely quiet double bedroom, which features ample wardrobe space and air conditioning.

Also accessible from the living room is the bathroom with shower, completing the apartment.

In the internal courtyard there is a latest-generation washer/dryer for the exclusive use of guests.
