Perched at 8,900 feet, a million acres of national forest sit outside your door; Twilight Lake is a 2-minute walk for fishing and paddleboarding, and the scenic Purgatory Flats Trailhead is nearby. Ski season brings direct resort access; summer brings hiking, biking, and the Inferno Mountain Coaster. No AC; evenings stay cool with windows open.

Other Things to Note:
A mandatory 4% Purgatory Resort fee is included in the quote. An optional additional 4% provides access to the Durango Mountain Club, including the heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and fitness facility.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: For direct reservations processed by Modern VRM, $300 is due at booking and is applied to the reservation total; 50% of the reservation total is due 60 days before check-in; and the remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. For reservations collected by an OTA, the payment schedule shown by that channel at checkout controls.
CANCELLATIONS: The cancellation policy displayed by your booking channel at checkout and in your reservation confirmation applies. Please review those terms before booking.
