The Space:
Goodbye cramped ski condo, hello spacious and luxurious mountain townhome! Elbert’s Escape has room for everyone and amenities for every travel personality. Whether you’re snuggled in for a quiet weekend, outbound for adventure, or headed to the slopes for some serious shredding, this is the home base for you.
The main floor is characterized by a plush living area, complete with Smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen with counter seating. Designed with comfort in mind, this area is open and relaxed, with Colorado-inspired decor, new floors and plenty of light. The kitchen features rustic wood offset by sleek stainless steel appliances. Huge fridge, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and more for easy meals, snacks and beverages!
One of two guest bedrooms can also be found downstairs, with full size bunk beds for even more sleeping space. Plus, let’s be honest, bunk beds are fun. A convenient half bathroom rounds out the main floor space. Feel free to relax with a beverage in the outdoor seating area, as well!
Head upstairs to find the master bedroom, second guest bedroom, and two bathrooms. The washer and dryer are upstairs as well. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A Queen bed with luxury linens is the ideal place to relax and rest after a busy day of enjoying everything Colorado has to offer. The second upstairs bedroom also has a queen bed, and a bonus upstairs bathroom means no waiting for morning showers and evening ablutions. Once again, you will find that there is space for everyone in this roomy gem.

Guest has access to the townhome and detached garage. Please note that this garage can fit a compact to a medium-sized vehicle, but SUVs and vehicles with cargo boxes on top will need to use the street parking.

Our neighborhood is currently experiencing the construction of a new hotel. While we do not anticipate significant inconvenience for our guests, we acknowledge that there are some aesthetic consequences that come with development in the area. We encourage you to explore the charming downtown district, take a stroll around the lake and take advantage of the many hikes and scenic drives around Georgetown.
The address of this property is not yet mapped out on GPS. You will receive GPS coordinates with your check instructions. We also suggest using Google Maps to locate the home rather than Apple maps.
Note that there is no AC in the town home. This is normal for homes at 8530' elevation. Open the windows and enjoy the fresh breeze, even in the middle of the summer!

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
