We had a great stay at Palm Galleria Hotel! The hotel is very charming, quiet and clean. We ate several times there (lunch and dinner), and the food was great! The staff is very welcoming and very attentive. They are always making sure you enjoy your stay!
The swimming pool is just perfect for kids! Our four year old daughter had a lot of fun with the slide - even I did.
I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!
The closest beach does not have any place close to eat or drink with shadow. To go to a beautiful beach with services (Coco beach or White Sand beach for example), you can take the hotel shuttle or a taxi. It takes about 10 minutes but it is really worth it!!!
You are a bit far from the center of Khao Lak. You have to take a taxi to reach the center (300 bhatts). If you want to go out, be ready not to be able to make it by foot.

The staff here were amazing. From the amazing manager, Sam, throughout nothing was too much trouble. They made us very comfortable and welcome. In particular, they took great care of our four year old, who was on his first overseas trip.
The pool area is terrific and while the hotel is not located on the beach, it is maybe a 20 minute walk from one and a short shuttle ride to another.
There was really nothing we were unhappy about. The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations.

The Thai food served was good and the staff at the restaurant were talkative and friendly. The receptionist was very friendly.
There are many squirrels running on the roof, so if you get one of these rooms, you can't get any sleep. The beach nearby does not offer any services and we couldn't surf in December. The breakfast was very limited. We checked out after the first night even though we had booked a room for three nights.

It was nicely set out out and the room was great. The pool very clean and a short walk to the beach.
The staff were extremely accommodating and polite.
I live in Phuket but i would come here again to relax. Very quiet and beautiful gardens.
Nothing bugged me about this property.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, especially Sam who helped us organizing tours, booked us a car to the port and gave us some very good tips about restaurent and things to visit.
The resort is calm, with a huge swimming pool that the kids loved and a free shuttle to go to the beach nearby. Big and clean room. Very nice breakfast and restaurent. Overall an excellent stay!

All.....The resort is located just a short walk to the peaceful beach.They provide also a shuttel bus to other beach like Coconut Beach which is nearby.Resirt is very green abd very clean.Staffs are extreamly friendly and helpful.We git free drinking water every days Beach tiwels were provided.Breakfast uffet was also goid.We love this place and would return again for sure.....Thank you for making our holiday so wonderful.

We loved everything! Sweet staff everywhere, very helpful. Great pool, games, pool service. We loved our room, the view from balcony (had a room changed). They just put christmas decorations, it is beautiful. Restaurants near and of course beautiful beaches. Thank you! See you again!

Fantastic staff - very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean but needs updating. Lovely pool area and room service / restaurant food price is very good value. Free bike hire was a nice touch to get to two of the main beaches:
Memories and White Sand.
Food could take a long time, they said this was due to just having one chef on following covid. Gym was very minimal. Wifi was very poor in the rooms - we are digital freelances so this was an issue for us.

The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful.
The location is some meters far away from the beach.
The location has a nice pool, shuttle service to other locations, massage and possibilities to book day trips for example to Koh Similan.
I was traveling for surfing at memories beach bar and could go there easily 10-15min by car.
I will go always to this resort for my future surf trips.
