Amazing Location! Welcome to our comfortable, family-friendly home in one of the best locations in the Tri-Cities — tucked into a quiet, neighborhood nestled near the Columbia River and the Columbia Park Trail.
The large fully fenced backyard features a shaded pergola with evening lighting, creating the perfect space to relax outdoors. Enjoy outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and a cozy fire pit perfect for making s’mores and gathering under the stars.
From the front yard, enjoy a river view, then walk or bike the trail for waterfront exploring, playground stops, and outdoor fun.
Inside, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained after a day out:

Perfect for our family stay for a baseball tournament. Plenty of space inside and out. Clean. Well stocked. Five stars. Would return for sure. Great location. Minutes walk from Columbia park for morning runs or bike rides.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and had all the necessities. There was board games to keep everyone busy as well as a foosball table that was a big hit. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The BBQ grill was awesome. We hadn't planned on grilling but the backyard was so nice we ended up grilling evey night. We would definitely stay here again.
