With accommodations for up to 12 guests, generous driveway parking for multiple vehicles, and plenty of indoor & outdoor gathering space, it's an ideal home base for family vacations, wedding weekends, Naval Academy events, reunions, and getaways.
Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch, spend the day exploring Annapolis or the surrounding waterways, then return home to grill dinner, gather around the fire pit, or challenge family and friends to a game of pool or ping pong.

A Home with Heart & A Story
Bayberry Retreat has been part of my family’s story for more than 25 years. I raised my family here, and it has been the backdrop for countless birthday celebrations, holiday traditions, neighborhood gatherings, and life's moments that matter most.
Opening my home to guests is a natural extension of something I’ve always loved—bringing people together. Whether it’s around the dinner table, gathered around the fire pit, or simply enjoying time with the people you love, I believe the best memories are created when we slow down, connect, and savor the moment.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for everything that makes the Chesapeake region so special. Cooking is one of my passions, and I love discovering exceptional restaurants—from iconic seafood spots and waterfront favorites to hidden gems that many visitors never find. If you’re looking for the perfect crab cake, a memorable date-night dinner, or a great local brunch, I’m always happy to point you in the right direction.
Music is another lifelong passion. Annapolis has an incredible live music scene, and over the years I’ve gotten to know many of the talented local musicians and venues that make it so unique. Whether you’re looking for an intimate acoustic set, waterfront live music, jazz, blues, or a lively band to dance the night away, I’m happy to share my favorite spots and help you experience the city like a local.
The Chesapeake Bay has always been a big part of my life. As a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain and owner of a private sailing charter business, I have the privilege of sharing its beauty with others. There’s nothing quite like experiencing the Bay under sail—the peaceful rhythm of the water, the fresh breeze, and unforgettable sunsets that stay with you long after you’ve returned home.

We had a great time at Elliot’s place! The water is not on the property, but about 300 yards away across the street and through a short trail. The house is lovely - plenty of space for twelve. Between the den, eat-in kitchen and dining room, back porch, game room, and a huge backyard, everyone could have their own space. The grill is excellent, the ping-pong paddles are in the chairs!, and the beds are comfortable. I’d gladly stay again at Elliot’s place!

We had a great family trip at this property. The host was excellent communication was great. The game room was great. We had a large family dinner very spacious and accommodating.

The house was very clean and was a great location.Their were two different spacious living rooms, one with a pool table and ping pong table, TV and comfortable chairs where we spent a lot of time playing games watching movies and sports. The second room was very comfortable, with a TV and fire place. The bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable. The kids rooms with the bunk beds was perfect for two of our kids to stay. They loved it.This accommodation had a great backyard and fire pit which we used one night. There was a waterfront county park a very short walk from this property. A few hiking trails, beautiful water views and a relaxing place to visit, as well as an easy access for kayaks. This was great to have so so close.We truly enjoyed our stay and will make it our go to place when we visit next year! Thanks for being such a great host !
