This idyllic, thatched summer house of 70 m² offers a true holiday atmosphere with sea views and plenty of peace. Set on a large plot with room for play, relaxation and outdoor living, it is perfect for a slower-paced getaway.

The house features three bedrooms with a total of six sleeping places, making it ideal for families or couples travelling together. The interior is simple and functional, with a focus on comfort and togetherness.

The living area is the natural heart of the house. A wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere on cooler days, while the heat pump ensures a pleasant temperature year-round. Internet access allows for both streaming and remote work if needed.

Outside, a spacious garden invites children to play freely while adults enjoy the tranquillity. The sea view adds a special charm, and the short distance of around 800 metres to the water makes spontaneous beach trips easy.

The surrounding area is defined by beautiful nature and open landscapes with grazing sheep, giving the scenery a distinctive character. It is peaceful, green and ideal for completely unwinding.

The child-friendly beach is perfect for swimming, building sandcastles and spending long days by the sea. The coastline is also well suited for walks, where you can enjoy the views and the sound of the waves in any season.

For active guests, the area offers great opportunities for running and cycling along small roads and paths through the scenic countryside. Days can begin with exercise in fresh air and end with calm and views.
