SECOND FLOOR UNIT. GATED. This cozy 3 bedroom condo has many upgrades & tv in all bedrooms. U will enjoy mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can walk 2 Redfern Village & other entertainment. King bed, queen bed, 3rd bedroom has twin trundle beds. Please note 3rd bedroom is a converted sunroom into private bedroom space. Comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Pool access, Fitness Center, & option to add BIKES USAGE 4 a fee. NO PETS ALLOWED. SEE RULES 4 HIGH PET FEE
1) Second floor (no noisy folks above you).
2) Includes bike usage for additional fee
3) New quarts countertops and new luxury vinyl planks
4) Walking distance to fun places.
5) Pet Free Environment (No animal hair anywhere)
6) Fitness Center
7) Pool hours and availability determined by HOA.

Condo apartment was just as described. It's located in a very convenient area with several restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. Kids enjoyed the pool too. I would stay here again if I'm visiting the area.

Everything was so easy. Excellent communication and directions from the host. Clean condo and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Close access to everything. Wonderful and comfortable place to stay. Loved every second of it!
