Lubbock Regency Inn

Air conditioning wasn’t cooling, dials on unit we faulty and inaccurate. Hot nights!

The first room we were put in had rusty pieces in the tub the second room was better but still had questionable features the staff were helpful until our son was killed and we had to leave to come home they refused the refund for our next 2 nights was horrible

Great if ypur just staying for a night and passing thru. Had hot water bed was clean, and ac worked

The young lady who checked us in was amazing! She went above and beyond to find us a room and even personally changed out the tv for one that worked. She was super sweet and had such a great personality. The gal I dealt with on day 2 when I had a problem with the power strip in my room, was not very nice. She did not listen when I told her exactly what the issue was. She actually spoke to me like I was stupid. The manager that I spoke to at check out was amazing. I will be staying there again when I travel back to Lubbock in a couple of weeks for more dr visits. I love the location and the peacefulness I felt there over all.
