No pets – $500 fine
No smoking – $500 fine
Security – 24/7 security surveillance
No excessive mess – $50–$100+ cleaning fee for extra guests, longer stays, or improper trash disposal
Quiet hours – 10:30 PM–8:30 AM
For stays over 5 nights, trash must be disposed of at the following location:

Infants and toddlers are welcome; however, guests are responsible for supervising children at all times. The property owner is not liable for accidents or injuries.
Please note that if any house rules are violated, appropriate actions will be taken. Rule violations may result in fines ranging from $250–$500. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles. If a vehicle leaks oil onto the concrete, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning fees, determined by the size and severity of the stains. Cleaning fees may range from $50–$200+.

A late checkout fee of $100 will apply.
